Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery
Every FaceWave order delivered within the United Kingdom ships free of charge.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery times
Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 2-5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays outside our control.

Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.

International orders
We also ship to all countries please contact for info. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or missing parcels
If your FaceWave arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll put it right.
